EGG/OMELETTE ROLL - EGG RECIPE

Very simple & nutritious breakfast recipe, which can be prepared in few minutes.The kids will also love it because of its shape & color when it is served with Ketchup.

Here goes the recipe & method for Egg/Omelette Roll,












Ingredients:



Egg 2 Nos
Milk 1/2 Cup
Carrot 2 tblsp ( Finely Chopped )
Onion 2 tblsp ( Finely Chopped )
Spring Onion 2 tblsp ( Finely Chopped )
Freshly Grounded Pepper As needed
Salt As needed



 
Method:

1) Break two eggs in bowl, add half cup milk to it and whisk it well.



2) Add the finely chopped Carrots, Onions & Spring Onions, also add freshly grounded pepper & salt as per taste.



3) Heat the round bottom pan, grease it with oil, then pour the egg mixture and  let it cook for few minutes ( You can use lid to cover the pan so that the upper part also cooks well).




4) Use spatula to roll the Omelette from one side, do not roll it completely, roll till the middle part.

5) Then drag the rolled part to the corner of the pan(You can also use your hands to do this ).

6) Again grease the remaining part of the pan and pour the egg mixture and let it cook. Repeat the the procedure till you pour all the mixture and complete the roll.



7) Use two spatula's to remove the roll from the pan ( Since the roll is heavy & soft it may break if you use one spatula).



8) Cut the omelette roll to the desired size.

9) Serve hot with ketchup or Green chutney.
